Caught two really nice films this long weekend. To be accurate, caught one film and re-watched one. Caught "Death Note 2" yesterday with HL and ZH. Well, since we watched Death Note together, naturally it is still us, three guys watching "Death Note 2" together. Boring huh? Anyway, still amazed by the high IQ of the two main characters in the story and I think the ending is brilliant. Shall not blog any part of the story here as it is a rather new film and I don't want to create any spoilers. Re-watched "Love Actually" too. Think it is a rather nice film to catch over Christmas as it fills you up with love. And I exceptionally liked a line from the movie and I think it goes like this - "As far as I know it, when the plane hit the twin towers, none of the messages sent were about hatred or revenge. They were all about love." How true ain't it? Guess love and concern over our loved ones do take priority over hatred and revenge in times of trouble ain't it? Well, I would probably be more concerned about the well being of my loved ones in times of trouble before thinking about how to wreck revenge on the trouble maker. I guess it applies to you too ain't it? Anyway, two brilliant films for a quiet but brilliant Christmas.
May this Christmas be filled with love for each and everyone of you around the world! Merry Christmas!
