Spent the whole afternoon studying company law today. Came to the conclusion that making the exam an open book one is not much of a reassurance to me. How am I supposed to have the time to flip through the book finding the right statute during the exam? But you couldn't expect me to memorise all of that right? So much confusing stuff. Anyway, I can only pray for the best. Hope I survive through it without much gashes. Pray for me......
