Sometimes...

we thoroughly underestimate the power of the things that we say in the fit of anger,
the things that we do even though deep inside we know we should never have done,
the things that we had a chance to say but chose not to,
the choices we had a chance to made but gave up...

Sometimes...

some regrets, some hurts, some damages are irreversible,
no matter how hard you try...
